Kimmy spending the night...

Tonight we went to Gram's house - Mommy had senior pictures to take. Grace loves going out there - she has fun running around, playing w/ Kimmy - heck she loves doing anything out there:-) The freedom I guess! But poor little Eva she can't bear to be away from Mommy, which is strange b/c she does okay at Brenda's... maybe b/c she knows I'm there. Not sure. I feel awful for Gram's b/c the entire time Eva cried - at one point I went and got her and Daddy tried to hold her while I took some pics but by then she cried for him too:-( Poor baby!

I was wrapping up w/ pictures & we were loading the car when Gram's came out and said they had to go to the hospital, Pop-pop cut his hand (drove himself to the hospital), must have been bad or he wouldn't have even bothered going. Of course we were all nervous. Gram's said Kim would go w/ her (although we tried to convince her that she could come home w/ us!). The entire drive home, Grace worried about Pop-pop and him being at the "hosp-it-aler", it's very cute how she tries to say hospital:-) We got an update when we got home and it looked like Pop-pop was going to have to go in for surgery that night, so Daddy went to get Kimmy so she could stay at our house.

Once Kim was at home w/ us, Grace & Kim slept in Grace's room (Eva's room too!) on the fold out bed. They were so cute - both of them in bed... Grace was so excited to have someone to sleep with her. The three girls played on the bed together until Eva got tired and bolted. I think it's a good thing that Grace didn't get a nap today otherwise she could have had Kim awake all night! Luckily for her though, when I checked on them 15 minutes later they were both sound asleep.
